Measuring Purpose

Numerous research shows us increasingly that purpose-driven companies have higher returns than companies merely focusing on financial return.

As a CFO, I know companies need to deliver a positive financial return. I am equally motivated by companies that make their money responsibly by creating a positive societal impact. It’s hard to pin down one concrete reason that explains the impact of purpose on financial performance. That is why I am initiating conversations on ‘How to Measure Purpose’.
