60o60 Pillars

The 60o60 pillars reflect the conversations, frameworks, and experiences that shapehow I think about leadership, financial resilience, reinvention, and the evolving role we play across multiple acts of life.

Aspiring Board Director

Board & Leadership Readiness

Board readiness is the new leadership currency.

I believe governance is no longer reserved for the boardroom. In a world shaped by accelerated change, leaders increasingly need financial discipline, strategic judgment, risk awareness, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Board readiness is ultimately about trust, resilience, and decision-making under uncertainty. It is the ability to think beyond execution and contribute with broader perspective, oversight, and courage.

Through advisory work, teaching, and practical frameworks, I explore how leaders and organizations can build governance fluency, operating discipline, and long-term credibility.

Financial Independence

Financial confidence through life transitions.

Over the years, I’ve realized that many people are not looking for another financial expert; they are looking for a safe space to ask the questions they feel embarrassed to ask.

I’ve had countless conversations with friends navigating divorce, job loss, caregiving responsibilities, parenting decisions, or simply the anxiety of not fully understanding their financial lives. While there are many excellent technical advisors, many people first need help understanding their relationship with money, building confidence, and realizing they are not alone.

My own experiences with career uncertainty reinforced for me how financial resilience creates emotional resilience. For me, financial independence is ultimately about creating greater freedom, confidence, and choice across multiple acts of life.

Inner Circle Conversations

Conversations that build wisdom and foresight.

I believe foresight comes from understanding the accelerated changes happening around us,  and learning from how others experience them.

Inner Circle Conversations bring together diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and honest dialogue around leadership, reinvention, money, relationships, and the changing world we navigate together.

These conversations are ultimately about helping us remain curious, resilient, and future ready across multiple acts of life.
